Using the latest laser measuring devices, we visit the site and take all the required dimensions including ceiling heights, windows, sill heights, door heights, bulkheads etc.
From this initial survey we produce a CAD plan with all required details noted on the plan. As well as the above details, which we note as standard, we can also include electrical and data points, floor boxes, fire detection, security equipment, heating systems and furniture layouts.
If the plan is for a Land Registry Lease Plan then an ordnance survey site location plan is also required. We can add this to the plan and indicate boundaries as required.
Because all our plans are drawn in CAD we can very quickly and easily calculate Gross and Net internal areas. These plans can also be used for Energy Assessment calculations.

We can take old copies or hand drawn plans and transfer them into a CAD system by means of either scaling off the original or scanning and tracing the original within our CAD system.
